At Adorn Shine, your wellbeing is our top priority. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just share a quick photo or video so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, or something’s missing from your order, we’ll replace it or refund you once we’ve seen a photo/video of what arrived.
Order Delays
Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected. If your order has no tracking updates after:

👉 These situations are very rare, but if they do happen, please know we’ll always step in to help and make it right.
Delivered Orders
If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we’ll ask for a non-delivery certification from your local post office. Once confirmed, we’ll happily refund or replace your order.
No Stress Returns
In most cases, you won’t need to ship products back to us. We handle issues through photos and videos so you don’t have to worry about expensive return shipping.
What Refunds Don’t Cover
Refunds are available when the issue is on our end (damaged, missing, incorrect, or undelivered items). They don’t apply to:
